Christina Haack was born in Anaheim California in the 9th July 1983. Her first job was in real estate after graduating from high school. She met Tarek Al Moussa in the real estate industry. Following the 2008 collapse of the stock exchange, many investors in real estate and those who were house flippers lost their money. Tarek El Moussa was nearly destroyed by the 2008 crash. The cost of their apartment was $750 per week, which was a far cry to the $6,000 they had been spending per month on their home. Their businesses and the economy slowly improved. HGTV & Rise to Fame Tarek enlisted his friend to aid in making an HGTV video audition in 2011. The video showed Tarek and Christina who were working in tandem to flip the inside of a home. The tape landed in the hands of executives at the production company Pie Town Productions. The company's executives were in love with Tarek & Christina. The contract was made by the couple to HGTV. Flip of Flop premiered April 2013 Over seven seasons between 2013 and 2017 the show broadcast 92 episode. On the show, Christina and Tarek would buy properties, typically mid-income homes in Orange County, and would follow up with several months making improvements so that they could flip the property in order to earn profit. Tarek handles demolition, renovations and design. Christina keeps everything running on schedule.
